Estee Lauder is the global leader in prestige beauty that focused solely on prestige makeup, skincare, fragrance and hair care with a diverse portfolio of 25+ brands sold in approximately 150 countries and territories.

We had been working with Estee Lauder since 2019 on Singapore’s Staff Sales store named The Company Store with Magento Open Source.

During the pandemic in 2020, the store was expanded into Friends & Family store which users with invitations can log in to the site and make orders. Due to the huge increase in traffic and orders, Estee Lauder was needed to convert the platform from a single country into a regional platform.

Solution


CLEARgo successfully migrated Estee Lauder's platform from its existing system to Adobe Commerce Cloud. Ensuring a robust foundation for future growth, we restructured the platform to establish a multi-country infrastructure, enabling efficient operations across various geographical regions.

System Integration

To ensure seamless connectivity and data flow, CLEARgo integrated the platform with a variety of Estee Lauder's existing systems, including SAP, Forgerock, and their HR system. This comprehensive integration eliminates data silos and streamlines overall business processes.

Quota & Anti-Diversion System Implementation

CLEARgo implemented a sophisticated quota and anti-diversion system, allowing Estee Lauder to establish transaction quota limits for different customer groups. This system safeguards against potential financial risks and ensures adherence to established sales regulations.

Localization and Ongoing Support

Following the successful launch in Singapore, CLEARgo localized the platform to cater to the specific needs of additional countries: Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, and Vietnam. This involved tailoring the platform's language, currency, and functionalities to meet the unique requirements of each region.
