Background

Embry Holdings Limited is Hong Kong’s first listed underwear brand and retail company, founded in 1975. Over the past 45 years, Embry has established itself as a leader in the underwear industry by focusing on product innovation, improving quality, and strengthening service standards. With a commitment to scientific research, Embry has successfully secured 133 patents and remains dedicated to producing products that benefit women’s health.

Challenge

Embry sought to enhance its online presence by migrating to Shopify Plus, offering customers a more seamless shopping experience with multiple complex discounts across various regions and languages. Additionally, Embry aimed to implement a robust loyalty program to increase customer retention and ensure real-time synchronization with third-party logistics for accurate order tracking.

Solution

To enhance the eCommerce experience and streamline operations, CLEARgo migrated the platform to Shopify Plus, integrating key features like complex discounts, a loyalty program, and real-time order fulfillment with third-party systems for a seamless shopping experience.

Shopify Plus Migration

CLEARgo migrated Embry’s eCommerce platform to Shopify Plus, unifying product data and enabling customers to shop a wide range of products with ease. The platform also supports complex discount structures across different countries and languages, enhancing the global shopping experience.

Loyalty Program Implementation

We set up a loyalty program using a dedicated app that allows customers to earn points for purchases made on the website. These points can be redeemed for coupons, providing an incentive for repeat purchases and fostering customer loyalty.

Real-Time Order Fulfillment Integration

By aligning all integration points, we ensured real-time synchronization between Shopify Plus and third-party logistics providers. This allows for accurate order tracking, providing customers with a transparent and reliable shopping experience.
