Challenge

Timothy Oulton needed to migrate from Magento 1 to Magento 2 to leverage a more robust, scalable platform capable of handling the growing demands of their online store. Adobe Commerce Upgrade

CLEARgo facilitated the migration of Timothy Oulton’s online store from Magento 1 to Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), providing a more scalable, feature-rich, and high-performance platform. This upgrade laid a solid foundation for future growth, offering enhanced capabilities for both customer engagement and backend management.

 

Enhanced Marketing and Support Integration

To streamline communication and optimize the customer experience, we integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Zendesk into the platform. This integration allows Timothy Oulton to launch targeted marketing campaigns, fostering deeper customer relationships. Zendesk enables efficient customer service management, ensuring quick response times and providing exceptional support throughout the customer journey.

Sales-Driven Catalog Site Development

Recognizing the importance of driving both online and offline sales, we developed a complementary catalog site. This tool functions as an extension of their online store, encouraging foot traffic to physical locations while enhancing their brand presence.
